With a rich heritage dating back to 1889 and an exciting future including the 2026 Open Championship, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on greenkeeping experience in a professional, championship environment. We are looking for a part-time Greenkeeper to support our skilled team in maintaining the course to the highest standards.

Hours

• Part-time: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Flexible schedule within these hours may occasionally be required to support course events or maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the course to the highest standards.
• Operate and maintain turf care machinery under supervision.
• Support renovation, construction, and improvement projects.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Work as part of the greenkeeping team.

Essential Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and an interest in golf course maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and develop greenkeeping skills.
• Reliable and hardworking with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work mornings, weekends, and occasional bank holidays if needed.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
