A klaxon will only be sounded to suspend a competition
If you believe lightning is dangerous during your round, you should suspend play immediately.

For your safety, please note the following:
Do not use your umbrella
Return all clubs to your bag
If possible, lay your bag (and trolley) on the floor
Stand well clear of your bag
If returning to the clubhouse, leave your clubs on the course
